Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
Returns requested due to defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer once verified.
Returns requested for any other reason, including no longer needed or changed mind, may be accepted at our discretion. In these cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start a return, contact info@stashmonkey.com. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
